I keep asking them when will the torches be lit and the pitchforks sharpened. From what i can tell, based on our conversations, it's pretty close but not quite there.
Yeah everyone is still muh flood from 50 years ago and muh coal disaster. Fucking nixon who was supposedly the worst saved us and they still vote muh dem... because power and money. Our city is literally building hotels while they also say they cant afford to pick up our yard waste anymore. City will look like shit but look... we have 2 new hotels literally in a ghetto.
And here we are in the bright red center of the state, raising eagle scouts, running county fairs, and carefully navigating around the Amish schoolchildren making their way to their one-room schoolhouse, physically ill daily that this has happened.
