Fill a ginormous water balloon full of black paint a real thhhhhick one. A few guys push it towards the plaza and one tall guy running along side it with the biggest needle you ever seen. If anyone gets in the way needle guy puts it closer to the baloon.
We could build catapults and throw paint at it. Would be wild.
