Seeing that all the pieces are falling into place, I thought I'd fill you guys in on the SitRep for the current most plausible scenario in the weeks to come: the Double Jeopardy Timeline. Today as expected the purple state made their move, one no one should be surprised of: https://twitter.com/GovofCO/status/1344031800230780933

With the new WuFlu strain set to spread and the exact 2 week incubation period will somehow magically line up with the week of January 20th, it needs to be stressed that the plan to lockdown D.C. on this week is in full swing just as we all knew it would. Because they may not be able to subdue protesters because of the political nature of this specific protest, they will pull a China and use the Hong Kong strategy to stop people from going outside "for their own safety". My prediction is that by January 19th the new strain will be in peak spread, with curfews and or stay at home orders preventing us from organizing before and during Operation Wild.

In addition to this I'd like to inform people of what will likely occur because of the events of January 6th. I believe Silicon Valley is making their next big move and this one might actually be a problem. If everything goes according to plan, on the 6th Pence and certain senators and congresspeople will challenge the election results and will likely overturn at least 1 state for Trump. Numbers aside, how do we expect the opposition to react? Do not doubt for a second that media will use this opportunity to for the first time in history, shamelessly direct a counter-narrative. I don't mean accuse Trump of cheating, I mean blatant distortion of reality: they will claim Biden won regardless of what happens on the 6th. The media will collectively go with this narrative non-stop for days, they may not even accuse Trump of rigging the election. That isn't too big a problem however, I foresee DJT being banned from Twitter for this "illegitimate" action. Think about it, just days before Jan 20 is to arrive, the president will be without a direct line of communication to the public.

I will continue to point out the likely scenario to occur regardless of what happens on Jan 6th: it is quite possible that when states flip we may reach a scenario where neither candidate wins. My election map lays out the plausible scenarios for a tie, no winner, and even both candidates winning the electoral college as one article pointed out.

As I've pointed out previously, chatter among congress, media and politicians has considered since early 2020 that it's not only a possibility, but an outcome many were interested in learning about: https://youtu.be/XLyLvxzWYKE

Great article on constitutional crisis: Who's the boss when there's no boss? See also: They know

Knowing these factors, January 6th may very well be the last day our voice can be heard. Know that if the media lives up to the title of "enemy of the people" they will no doubt declare Don and his supporters enemies of the USA. Since the beginning of the year with the Plandemic it's become clear to me what the objective of all these things are: the Chinese and our enemies want to initiate a coordinated civil war (color revolution) while they sit back and laugh their asses off. I'm planning heavily for all scenarios and have already come up with some very interesting ideas for what to do if that day comes. I also believe it's possible we may see a foreign terrorist attack on or around the 20th, which is the objective of creating a constitutional crisis. The idea is that if Donald, Joe and Nancy all believe they are president and an attack occurs on US soil we won't be able to respond in a timely or even organized manner. Not all of this is pointing toward doomsday however. How we respond to the next few weeks can turn an ugly situation into a revolutionary one. I'll end with very important analysis: if such an event were to take place, the power of negotiation is one of the most exciting and motivational aspects of conflict we may ever learn to master.

Ultimately it comes down to what will happen on the 6th, but it never hurts to prepare for trouble. I'd like to name this scenario Double Jeopardy Timeline, or DJT. Finally, people need to think rationally about the Electoral College. The winner is decided by the person who reaches 270 electoral votes. That means that Trump has 2 scenarios for not losing: make Biden dip below 270 electoral votes, or gain 270 votes himself. Nevada matters and you'll learn how pivotal this state may be very soon.

Proof I've been following this angle for weeks:

Pence cannot overturn anything without both Congress and the Senate agreeing.

12th Amendment and Electoral Count Act. He can dispute votes but Congress has to agree.

This article covers that scenario quite well: https://archive.is/rI4FD The only condition that needs to be met is that the state's results be objected, which requires a margin capable of being overturned and illegitimate votes sufficient to overtake that call. That does mean that only the states with narrow margins are allowed to be objected: https://media.thedonald.win/post/A9a2hU30.png Pence cannot object without reason and evidence which when presented to the houses will be deliberated upon. What they do after that is up to them, but at that point he does wield the power to choose alternate electors. I expect the session on the 6th to be heated, explosive like nothing we've ever seen in politics before. As I've mentioned before it's possible Trump may only win 1 or 3 states but a victory only requires Biden to drop below 270. That would be good enough for everyone on this forum, but I'm worried about what happens once we pass that stage of the disputed election.

Pence choosing alternate electors?

People need to let this idea go. The Dems and the GOP choose electors, so if you get rid of one set of DEM electors somehow, they are just gonna send another set of electors that vote the exact same way.

There is no way to just up and swap to the other parties electors unless vote totals are changed and a state swaps from Biden to Trump.

State Legislatures are the key for that yes.

Oh and votes being thrown put by courts as well.

As stated in the article: https://archive.is/rI4FD

Objections during the joint session must be made in writing by at least one House member and senator. If the objection meets requirements, the joint session pauses and each house withdraws to their own chamber to debate the question for a maximum of two hours.

This part is guaranteed to happen on the 6th. Again, I do agree the majority will disagree in the House, the Senate however may be the key to this argument. The evidence presented may not matter in the house because they'll vote against it regardless, but for senators this will be the very first time they see evidence of fraud. I believe it was intentional to not present Rudy and Syndey's evidence evidence for this very moment. You may be right it won't flip all or even many of the senators voting, but if it's enough to deadlock the houses Pence is the one presiding over the session. There are no guarantees and this is a risky play, but I believe the chance of deadlock is greater than 50%. It will come down to what is said in 2 hours time behind closed doors. I can't imagine what happens then.

I must be missing something, it seems to me whatever the senate says is meaningless because the house will always say "yes, count the votes" and only one chamber is needed to accept those ballots.

I am curious as to what pence will do tho, will he say Bidens name or just walk away.. It won't change anything, but it will be really fascinating to see his choice.
