Loudoun County Virginia has been heavily influence by George Soros and is now using Unisyn Voting machines. Unisyn is owned by International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc. And International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc is owned by Berjaya Lottery Management (HK) Ltd.

The Executive Chairman of Berjaya is this man - Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun - aka Vincent Tan - a "Malaysian Chinese businessman and investor. He is the founder of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, a diversified conglomerate."

The Tan's, CEO/owners of Berjaya, which owns Unisyn Voting machines in Virginia, are linked to the 1MDB scandal that rocked Malaysia.

George Soros is connected to the Tan family though the 1MDB scandal. The Tan family owns Berjaya that owns Unisyn that owns the voting machines used in Loudoun County Virginia. And George Soros has poured tons of money into Loudoun County elections and other races throughout Northern Virginia.
