Once The insurrection Act+EO 2018 ( other one of each ) is pulled, EO 2018 is more important since it labels biden a traitor guilty of treason, meaning the election win is invalidated since a traitor cannot be president and he will get executed), inserrection act is more for having the miltiary re do the election due to EO 2018.
