I disagree with this. If you're actually sick, with anything contagious, not just Kung Flu, then stay at home and do your best not to spread it. There's no reason to intentionally put others in harms way.

I didn't once tell you to wear a mask, I said stay at home if you're ill. Regardless of the current situation, that is something that people should do.
You shouldn't be forced to go into work if you're ill, and you shouldn't go out in public and recklessly spread whatever illness you have to others, that's common decency.
