The tech was being developed to fight cancers.

It should never be used on healthy people to fight a cold virus.

The FDA has NOT approved this vaccine. This was released under an Emergency Use Authorization. They have repeated many times that it's NOT FDA-approved. You can see the flyer they give all recipients of the Pfizer vaccine (where they make it clear this is NOT FDA-approved) here:

I'm 100% against having our genes edited. That's not how messenger RNA works. It gets used one time to make a protein that your body fights against. I did my own research on this to make sure I understood it. Other pedes on here with scientific/microbiology backgrounds agree with me.

Explain to me, step by step, how the vaccine edits our genome.

Don't be full of shit.

I'm still not taking it - but I'm not going to lie about it.

"It gets used one time to make a protein" how did it do that ?

sure. so messenger rna is like a postcard? being sent into the factory telling them what to make. it gets zipped through, generating the protein...that's it. It doesn't get incorporated into the dna of the cell. if you want more details i'll go dig up the really well done post I saw.. it was written by a pretty solid biochem pede.

rna is used for all kinds of stuff in research. the actual gene editing stuff like CRISPR is different

awesome glad to have a cosigner. the messenger rna goes to the ribosome where mrna or trna bind to produce proteins.

I had to dust off my biochem to do this - but yeah, I went and read for myself to make sure that mrna works like I think it works.. I needed to know for myself/family how it works. the biggest risk imo would be the sudden load of viral proteins (and that's why we've seen allergic reactions?) too much too soon maybe... but we're not creating some chimeric hybrid species of humans.... that's just bullshit.

I liked this better when it was Jurassic park and all the genetic engineering failed.
