Not sure if you are a troll or not but you are missing the point. No body knows for sure how the courts would rule if Pence just threw out the electors because of fraud , pending litigation or changes in the law by everybody but the legislators of the states. People are hoping Pence will step up and play this how the democrats did the election. They made unconstitutional changes that have held up so far because courts don't want to rule on any of the merits. Pence challenging would force them to do so. There is also very little risk to Pence if he does this. At worst it gets overturned. At best it works and he remains vice president. If the democrats were in this situation they wouldn't hesitate to try this method.
