Somehow because lots of mixed race people in South America speak Spanish now white Europeans every bit as white as any other Europeans living in southern Europe whose language it is originally are considered... not quite white? Because they kind of sound the same and have some similar things in their culture because they gave those to the people in their former colonies?
Culture and language are always tied to race? If you have the language and the culture you have to have the race too? Spanish is not the language of white people, so everybody who speaks Spanish...
That makes about as much sense as if Kenyans or other Africans who have English as one of their official languages and have taken on some bits of culture from their former colonial masters would have somehow turned the English, by association, into a not quite white anymore minority.
