I'm in shape, really good shape, I run the 100m for fun, I don't compete although I may soon. I'm almost 40 so I qualify for the Master's senior circuit, based on age. If I somehow could go to a high-school with a division 2 track team, I would likely not qualify for their varsity squad. I could medal in the Olympics as a woman.

They do, according to IOC rules you just need to identify as female & take estrogen pills for 1 year.
