We all know a bubble is here and is going to pop eventually. Maybe one way to rebel is to sell all investments if Trump is not selected on the 6th.

Frankly I am already cashing out and buying hard cash flow positive assets with real value.

The only thing keeping the market going is the printing press.

I’d say, the more you have the more balanced you will need to be. If you can’t afford to lose it don’t keep it in higher risk mutual funds. There’s also long term ramifications to keeping blue chip stocks due to the money being tied up.

There’s no doubt a crash of some sort is coming. It’s how the bigger fish rake the hobbyist and low level players in the market.

Yes, a Biden administration will be bad for the little guy, but the sky won’t fall. Don’t get too hasty. That being said, real estate is always a safer way to invest.
