There will always be exceptions to constitutional rights - i.e yelling fire in a theater is not permitted as free speech. We need the courts to do their job and establish if these lockdowns/face coverings are legal - and we need it soon! It should be based on objective scientific facts.

You CAN yell fire in a theater. It's only a problem if there's no fire - that is, if its a lie! Same thing with slander and libel - if what you are saying is true, there's nothing anyone can do to stop you. Praise the ninth! Our rights are granted by GOD; the constitution is merely the American Government graciously acknowledging that we possess these rights regardless of what they do.
The bigger problem is, the government has attacked small businesses with threats of jail, fines and permanent closure if they do not try to force their customers to comply.
Of course, but what sucks is that businesses have the right to refuse service to people, and if they think that the masks and distancing are doing something (they're not), they can kick you out and not service you. In public, no one can do anything legally.
