There will always be exceptions to constitutional rights - i.e yelling fire in a theater is not permitted as free speech. We need the courts to do their job and establish if these lockdowns/face coverings are legal - and we need it soon! It should be based on objective scientific facts.

Yeah, exactly. & You aren't being charged with illegal speech, it would be like disorderly conduct or staying a commotion or something. Same thing with making a bomb threat, conspiracy, etc- it isn't the speech that's illegal

You CAN yell fire in a theater. It's only a problem if there's no fire - that is, if its a lie! Same thing with slander and libel - if what you are saying is true, there's nothing anyone can do to stop you. Praise the ninth! Our rights are granted by GOD; the constitution is merely the American Government graciously acknowledging that we possess these rights regardless of what they do.
