This is the ONLY debate we need per the constitution. This allows Pence to object the submitted electors and pick his own based upon the information put forth in the debates.
I believe there are provisions for the States to vote, not every member of the Legislatures. It's unclear to me, and I think that might be intentional, at this point.
If Congress gets to vote, then Trump loses.
If the States vote, then Trump wins.
But there are many ways for Trump to win. This is just one. I would prefer this one. Some of the other ways get progressively more hard core.
