Pulitzer breaks it down super easy for any normie to understand. Paper ballots different for Republican districts and Democratic districts. He can tell if machines filled in the ballots, how many times the ballots were fed through the machines, whether it was an actual printed ballot or a copied ballot. This guy spent the past 30 years studying how paper, machines, and internet interact. He is responsible for QR codes and pretty much anything you do with your phones transacting in the real world. He spent the last 6 years studying paper at the nano level and is able to detect things like where the paper was manufactured, if the person handling it was a smoker, etc.. He says 100% detectable and he doesn't even need the machines or scanners, just the paper ballots themselves.
