In all likelihood, Fauci would prohibit the use of lubricants and ban their sale. You know, just so people don't buy them and make them unavailable to stockpile for empty hospitals.
And there will be people out there who want to check to be sure you used lubricant, per instructions. “Let me see that finger!” “Ok, [pop], here you go.”
Other groups will spring up to debate and confirm which of the 10 fingers MUST be used. People missing that particular finger will be beaten by gangs in Walmarts across the world for doing it wrong.
