He died of complications from COVID. COVID was why he was in the hospital, and COVID was why he was having the operation.

Can we please have some respect for this man and his family? With all the real stories of gunshot victims, vehicle crash victims, etc having their deaths marked as "due to COVID", there's no excuse for making false claims about Mr. Letlow's death.
