I have ONLY worn a Mask when going to my Doctors office at the Hospital. I have all the comorbidities, and my state USED to Exempt those with breathing issues from wearing a mast, however they just made it mandatory for everyone everywhere.
Was confronted at the store for the first time, no mask no service =LOST customer forever ! I will drive 40 miles from now on just to fuck them !
I want to see if I can sue the state or Join in a class action as this directly effects My ability to maintain even a rudimentary lifestyle in this Godforsaken Dem controlled State !
If this continues for much longer, I am going to have to sell out and GTFO !

I get the "wear the mask" under yer nose, or chin to make THEM feel good and not hassle ya, but as for ME, I will NOT comply, they will push further & further until they OWN us. It is PAST time to Push Back !
We Need a NATIONAL Class action and I am trying to find one in My state.

Not thinking about suing the store, they are a family biz and mostly ok, it's the draconian state.
The state didn't make you walk out, they didn't remove you, you left.
as any responsible citizen should, otherwise it's called tresspassing.
the state is forcing the stores to enforce their mandates or get shut down, it's the state.
The state probably twisted the arm of the business causing this.
