i went for medications only bc they have good prices with good Rx, now I am getting insurance coverage with regulated tier medication prices. 4/10/20/80. So I will go pay that at whatever pharmacy is the most supportive of American nationalism.
Any suggestions? I need to research who I support with my business.
Try and find/support independently owned and operated pharmacies or apothecaries. You will get much better service and I find they’re usually maga in my area, at least. The corporate run ones are all run shockingly badly. I avoid them as much as possible. If it’s a script for antibiotics I’ll use a local grocery store chain, but otherwise stick to independently run. Also, buy some other products while there, even if it is a pack of gum. Helps them stay open. The dea is trying real hard to shut them all down. Force us all into the corporate pharmacies where you’ll be questioned, have to beg for them to order stock, never know if they have what you need, etc.
thanks for your reply. I was afraid that was prob the case w chains.
I am in a big area, so there are very few options for independent pharmacies.
I will have to look at which grocers are the least globohomo and go with them.
I am rethinking what I buy and how, what and who it supports.
I think for basic goods, buying used and reselling is the go to. America already has what you are looking for, your neighbor is ready to throw it away for a new one from China. This would work well.
Not really w the medications tho, legally...
(you would be surprised at the supply of clandestine knockoffs of branded medications, the black market pharmacy out there is absurd already, everything is available)
I am with you on all of this. And you are correct. When we talk to our neighbors and get out into our communities we find we actually want to help/trade with each other. Funny, seems ‘they’ don’t want that. I do shop a lot at thrift stores, ‘treasure’ shops, flea markets and yard sales in the summers. The market of stuff available locally is staggering. I always find what I need or want. My stove is at least 35 years old, when it goes, if ever-that thing is a tank, I’ll replace locally with one similar. I could easily replace with a new, top of the line, but they’re not made the same. I love that stove, lol! But, yeah, try and avoid the corporate pharmacies at all costs, they’re a nightmare to deal with. Invasive, no heart, no communication.

If it's a script for antibiotics I'm a big fan of one of the fishmox/fishflex websites.
