I know wh ok the department manager are: either department managers for other stores, or regular ol bottom of the totem pole "associates" now.

Walmart restructured a couple months back and fired all their department managers. Lumped multiple departments under single person leadership known as "team leads."

And stores, morale, and productivity is plummeting across the nation.

Because they are stupid and greedy.

Basically all the managers are gay, lesbian and trans, there’s ZERO straight people in management other than the store manager and to the surprise of no one the store is a clusterfuck.
