I am hoping that is the plan: to show the full scope of fraud and interference and see if Congress will certify the Trump votes in the contested states as a result. That would be easier for the public to swallow, but either way Im guessing people will be GITMO’d. He just had to let every potential remedy play out and fail before bringing in the military.
