I think that the theft order was sent out indirectly by party leaders to surrogates. They were told we have to win this, by any means necessary. They were given a wink and a nod. I believe Biden was told, don’t worry about this we got it in the bag. I don’t think he knew the specifics of any of it and that makes it easy to blur his eyes and blindly claim victory. But I do think each and everyone of them are aware that illegal things went on that secured the “victory” and they don’t really care how it was done just that it was done. They had two plans, one if trump managed to win outright on election night we would have been torn to shreds for the last two months from riots and endless court cases. But the second Biden was in any lead victory was declared and it was deemed unquestionable. They hoped to run out the clock to get him past the 6th of January. Biden doesn’t know if he won or not. It’s all process technicalities to these criminals.
