Try to buy directly from the manufacturer.

2
RealHodor01 2 points ago +2 / -0

Manufacturers use Amazon a lot of times for shipping

The manufacturer's website uses Amazon's servers

Online shopping is a monopoly/cartel

Buy guilt free knkwing that unless congress gets involved in breaking them up, they are the hand that feeds

Or Target.

2
ApplesAndCheese 2 points ago +2 / -0

What’s wrong with target? A Mini China or something?

2
vicentezo04 2 points ago +2 / -0

Directly funded arson, looting, and murder

3
ApplesAndCheese 3 points ago +3 / -0

They contributed to blm/ Antifa/ Both?

It seems like just about every company was eager to virtue signal their support of that illogical, communist, racist & disgusting ideology.

However avoid the EU Manufacturers.

EU is China Lite.

3
Olds77 3 points ago +3 / -0

The EU can build solid stuff and as annoying as the people running their countries might be at least you're supporting good labor practices. Outside of wine and guns I'm not sure what I might buy that would be made there though as I don't see too many products from there.

Cars?

2
MapleBaconWaffles 2 points ago +2 / -0

This kind of site is a good thing, but I wish they would also list products from other countries like India or Bangladesh, or really anywhere that isn't specifically an enemy. Really you'd want filters, because obviously there are times you specifically are looking for made in America, and there are times you just don't want China.

With a lot of products, the premium for something made in the west is more than I'm looking to pay. I don't have an issue with products made in the "developing world" in general, although I expect lower quality along with the lower price. I just specifically don't want to support China.

2
ChicagoMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

What about Switzerland?

11
TuNeCedeMalis 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yeah I'm done with major retailers to the best of my ability. Going to support local business when I can, buy from manufacturers directly when I can, and if those aren't options I may just re-evaluate if I need the thing at all.

6
Kraznaya 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's getting to the point that every company listed on the stock exchange is compromised, and every business that had received venture capital investment is either compromised or soon will be.

I hate that the left circa 1990 with the anti-business rhetoric is being proved correct and those of us who defended companies like Walmart and Amazon as just having superior business models are looking like complete fools.

YeeeeHaw [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

That is a solid comment. Totally agree

1
TuNeCedeMalis 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah it's a tough one to swallow. It was easy being for minimal government and capitalism. I even went as far as to tell myself that it's still govt that's the problem when it comes to the revolving door between corporations and the government.

Now we are seeing that God given rights are absolutely trampled by big tech and international corporations without fail, and if our own government doesn't work to reign things in, other governments will work to exploit them.

Need MAGAMart.....

2
Unapologetic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Start it up.

4
Staatssicherheit 4 points ago +4 / -0

Be glad to. I need some capital start up costs. Got a few million on you?

3
Unapologetic 3 points ago +3 / -0

The SBA does. They'll loan 90% against collateral. So if you have 10 to invest in yourself, theyll give you 90 more.

2
Staatssicherheit 2 points ago +2 / -0

Good to know. Got $900,000 on you?

2
Intelligence 2 points ago +2 / -0

10% is 100k bro, not 900k

2
Unapologetic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Im sorry. Im not trying to antagonize you.

2
MapleBaconWaffles 2 points ago +2 / -0

OK, lets be honest, if you could put together a great and detailed business plan, there is a good chance you could find people to fund it.

But one of those people won't be me. I don't, at this time, have a few million to spare.

Find and support more local suppliers. Small regional chains are out there. Local hardware store may be a bit more expensive, but it is a real place with probably 95% of what you @[email protected]

Same with local pharmacy if your area still has one. You will get better service and much clearer access to the pharmacist.

Also... Habitat for Humanity Re-Use stores are great. Thrift Stores are all local and your purchase often helps out charities and churches.

There are MANY options for many lroduct categories.

Tacotonny23 5 points ago +5 / -0

During summer when there was farmers markets everywhere we barely went to the grocery store at all... Cutting as much of that crap as we can. Hand made a ton of Christmas gifts as well.

Rucktoe 5 points ago +5 / -0

Amazon is odd or just so big they can't root out the based folks.

They have Trumps greatest insults on prime video, one of my favorites.

Amazon prime has that documentary plot against the president which is a must watch!

AND SHOP LOCAL

3
jimbad05 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ehh, I live in a blue area so I'd rather not. Most local businesses have BLM signs up or have made statements in support of left wing causes.

2
SheDoc 2 points ago +2 / -0

Wow. Stay safe.

5
Pleepleus 5 points ago +5 / -0

Seems like we need a Maga version of Amazon.

5
magnokor 5 points ago +7 / -2

Walmart is China.

Amazon is China.

And china is assho.

2

Yes but amazon gets a cut of their profits by using their platform. Find the item on amazon, and buy directly from the small business. 95% of amazon is still chinese crap however.

bills_gash 4 points ago +5 / -1

Try eBay, honestly. My experience directly with people has been so far much better than anything Amazon offers.

Plus, the selection is better.

2
maga_sword 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes. If you can’t avoid buying something made in China, at least look for a used or secondhand version on ebay/Mercari/Facebook marketplace/etc. Help support a fellow American who is trying to make ends meet!

1
bills_gash 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd only say avoid giving Cuckbook clicks as well, but I know I miss out a lot on some good finds by not being on there, so I'm not mad if ya do ...

YeeeeHaw [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think just cutting down as much as possible would be a good start. Then start finding alternatives..kinda like you'd quit smoking?

3
dc1517 3 points ago +3 / -0

Completely agree. Easier said than done? My wife is addicted to both. I can’t think of realistic alternatives for a growing family on a budget. Open to any ideas

3
maga_sword 3 points ago +3 / -0

Garage sales, estate sales, thrift stores, or ebay if you’re looking for something really specific. Honestly I have bought most of my clothing at Goodwill in the past 5+ years, because the quality of new stuff has gotten so bad. Why spend $20 on a new shirt when I can find better quality for $4 at Goodwill?

1
dc1517 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good point. Half our stuff at one point was from Goodwill. The main issue there is it’s hit or miss. I think Walmart will be easier to dump given how mindlessly easy Amazon is with just one click. eBay or direct from producer might work.

2
TheCremaster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Think we gotta do this piecemeal. Gotta build up amazon while walmart goes put of business than buy from the big chain brick and morter that fills the niche (when local not up to task) after walmart goes under. Wont take walmart long. And who knows maybe Amazon gets tricked into over extending on investments and then its even easier to take them out of the game.

2
trismegistus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Is Target safe?

I feel like I can’t even buy toothpaste without fucking my country.

1
4moreyrs 1 point ago +1 / -0

i agree go to ebay instead

1
Hanging_Chad 1 point ago +1 / -0

Amazon owns the Washington Post? I thought Bezos owns the Washington Post...

1

A=B B=C Hence...

1
Hanging_Chad 1 point ago +1 / -0

Stop logic-shaming me, bro

1
Captain_MAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Most items on amazon can be bought from the manufacturer, and if you can't, there is a 99% chance its Chinese garbage.

1
jiujiujiu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Boycott Walmart? Then where do I even shop? Those stores have long since been destroyed by said Walmart. They were moving their pieces and trapping us long before we realized what was happening.

1

1
jiujiujiu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tranny loving Target? Kroger owned Harris Teeter? Lowe’s owned by WALMART? The corporations have us by the balls and enough is enough. People criticized AOC for keeping Amazon out of NYC, but she was right. New York is what it is because of small business and these scum sucking faggot corps destroy them and pay off politicians with millions of disposable dollars they have lying around.

1
YeeeeHaw [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I cant believe in saying this.. even if ours reasons are different, for once AOC is right.

1
milhouseisameme 1 point ago +1 / -0

so go to shops where they make you wear a mask? Its lose lose fren

1

Cancelled Amazon, good decision. Support local businesses even if it means paying a bit more pedes

1
Unapologetic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Shop local! If you cant find it, maybe its time to open a store!

1
Mike3 1 point ago +1 / -0

Goes to show how corrupt these large corporations got. Their lobbyists got them so much power they are able to play games with political Messaging with little to no pushback. Mom and pop shops can never dream of having this type of influence. It’s corrupt and and it’s wrong.

0
abstr4ct 0 points ago +3 / -3

Some idiot fucked up. don't be like them. Don't cancel them because of an idiot.

3
BlackKat 3 points ago +3 / -0

You believe that lie? The tweet came from the official Walmart twitter. That's all that matters.

1
abstr4ct 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't be like the people you despise. Cancel culture is stupid, walmart already issued a apology.

1
BlackKat 1 point ago +1 / -0

Walmart isn't a person. Cancel culture deals with canceling individuals. Who said I despise cancel culture anyway?

0
abstr4ct 0 points ago +1 / -1

do what you want pede, just sharing my opinion. this is not reddit, so we can disagree. isn't that neat?

What does Target have that you need and can't get somewhere else?

Honest question.

2

Well at least you got rid of the two worst ones.
