If 2020 has taught me anything it's that laws don't matter, politicians don't matter, judges don't matter. People do. Get enough people working together for long enough and you can have whatever you want. Ignore the law. Ignore the politicians. Ignore the courts. Perform the recall without them. When they resist, point to other free states that allow recalls and label your government illegitimate tyrants. Put the capitol building under siege and protest until you get what you want.
