How can filming an empty hospital be a ‘public order offence’. Surely it is a ‘public information service’.

It has been reported that the Queen experienced a case of the Vapors. We must all be thankful that her Royal Highness fell uponst the fainting couch -- an event which has not taken place since Dear Charles chose The Minger over that unappreciative slag, Diana

Let's all be thankful the smelling salts revived our beloved Queen, just in time for her afternoon scones and tea.

In other news, a nutter and oblivious wazzer has been taken into custody at Her Majesty's Pleasure.

Now piss off.

Just went through the legal definitions of a Public Order Offense. There is nothing that I could see that she could have been charged with, so this is an attempt to scare her into silence. There is a term for this: abuse of the law. Those responsible should be sacked and prosecuted.
