Actually The US borrowed money from China to give more money to China to put Bounties on Americans and pay them interest to do it.
So you could say every American taxpayer paid a bounty to put a bounty on Americans in Afghanistan. This allowed China to be twice removed from paying a bounty directly. So it’s a double bounding deeboonk.
