It is patently obvious that the tweeter's boss is incapable of building a team of inclusive, honest, and fair people.

it was a tweet that can be attributed to a specific individual. a real person. someone who has a boss. someone who can be called to account.
someone who obviously broke company policy. someone who can be fired with minimal fuss because they broke company policy.
someone with a boss who has obviously lost oversight of his employees in pretty big way, proving incompetence. another specific individual who can be called to account.
Wouldn't it be nice if they had second thoughts before opening their mindless vitriolic hate filled mouths, - because they might actually have to pay a real price for it?
