Not sure these are the actual machines. These are access points. For these to be the actual voting machine would mean each machine is a separate access point to a network? That doesn't make sense. The machines are not access points, they would connect to an access point. This looks like you are in a large building with a mesh network setup with several access points to a single network. Look around and see if you can spot small boxes (usually rectangular) and usually on the wall close to the ceiling. These boxes will have an Ethernet cabled attached and usually have some led light. If you spot them, those are your access points.
