Personally, I don't think the President wants any violence. He's using the term "protest" as he did at his past rallies. It's a slap at the Dems who said peaceful protests are acceptable in the Covid era.

we will be there for whatever is needed. i had a million reasons not to go, but i said to myself "this man has taken every stab by the media and even his team for no other reason than to make sure our Country remains a country. I haven't figured out how I'm even going to tell my boss I'm out of work next week, but I can't sit on the sidelines this time. I don't know what I'm in for, I don't know what the deep state may have planned but this man gave everything for. this country, so this is the. least i can do.
If you have the appropriate time to take off, Just say you have "personal matters to tend to".....Legally(at least in Indiana), they have ZERO RIGHTS to question the reasons to the hours that YOU worked for to have as PERSONAL days to take off of work for....does that make sense? It should be the same in any state. No employer shall be able to question the reasons for you taking PERSONAL day(s) off of work.... it TRUELY is NONE of their business. If they do ask "why"....they are being nosey and playing it off like the keep to know for "reasons". They are not legally binded to know the reasons for personal absent day(s) of work. Just be sure to give a decent amount of times notice. (at least 3-6 days....depending on employer)

Do some research on PRODUCTIVE protest STRATEGIES(they exist)! Look up the ways of protesting WITHOUT burning down an entire city...., or terrorizing innocent people for no reason like the domestic terrorist groups that call themselves BLM/Antifa.
