State officials notified hospitals late Monday they should prepare for the possibility that they will have to resort to "crisis care" guidelines established earlier in the pandemic, which allow for rationing treatment when staff, medicine and supplies are running short.

Sorry. Not enough supplies to save gramma. We have to ration those out to BIPOC.

The wording in the article is hyperbolic. Normies will think the world is ending.

From looking at past years this is normal. This is Flu season and hospitals get packed from alcohol and drug related cases also this time of year. Nothing surprising.

Crisis care sounds like, stand back and watch them die... Provide only aid to those deemed "salvageable". Reminds me of the FL whistleblower nurse working in NYC from back in spring.

Yup. Once they start talking about rationing care, they’re talking about death panels (that they denied existed).

Now, be honest, how many of those people are crossing in from Mexico and how many of the deaths are actually due to a pre-existing condition?

Or regular flu that isn't being tested for...

Exactly. Or pneumonia for that matter.

time for the non-terrorists to adopt the peaceful protest method - but just in state buildings.

Mostly peaceful.

This thing really sent America into a tailspin. The concerning part to me, is Americans squabbling amongst themselves, and no reminder of why this is happening.

The communist Chinese must be laughing their asses off.
