Agreed but only to the point of healthy debate and info sharing. To use as weapon or tool to create havoc and diversity is where it can go wrong. Understanding and knowledge of one another is great, opinions and beliefs can be a positive and negative foundation though, use them wisely in order to continue to stand together firmly.
