The run down is this dude. Jovan H. Pulitzer is the guy that invented those little QR codes you scan with your phone and a bunch of other shit.
He does a presentation about fake ballots and intentionally misprinted ballots and breaks down exactly how to prove each one 100% of the time.
He found that ballots sent to traditionally Democrat areas in GA, (Fulton Co) Were printed without special barcodes to track them.
Ballots sent to a Traditionally Republican area of GA were printed off center (with a tracking barcode as well the democrat ballots didnt have).
By presumably intentionally printing these ballots off center (think a baseball card that was printed twice or hitting something with a rubber stamp twice) someone was able to ensure that these ballots would be rejected by the voting machines.
The same way a vending machine rejects fake money.
These rejected ballots were then set aside and Adjudicated by the corrupt ballot donkeys in fulton county.
93% were set aside to be ""adjudicated"" This is just in FULTON COUNTY.

I'm wondering how much of the fuckery in all of the states involved machine "errors" that kicked ballots to adjudication. This is similar to what the forensic audit in Antrim County showed, just in a different manner: the machines were programmed with a 68 percent error rate, so they were also adjudicated by people "deciding on the voter's intent."
Is there a way to find out who personally adjudicated all these ballots? Assuming the error rates and the screwed up barcodes were done intentionally for the sole purpose of ballots being decided on by real people instead of machines, (and I am of course assuming that,) those adjudicators need to be found and questioned, at the very least. They've got to be on the lower end of the totem pole, criminally, so I would think they'd have incentive to fess up and nail the people who hired them to do it.
Or maybe I'm just living in a fantasy world where people are actually held accountable for their actions.

Not only was the printing registration almost certainly flubbed in order to force adjudication, but I have a theory that the utility behind the lack of barcodes on the primarily democratic ballots goes beyond a person being able to glean the political alignment of the voter, although that is surely one utility in their being omitted.
I believe the lack of barcode could also be from any OR a combination of the following reasons:
First, the printers that were contracted on the sly to print these likely did not have the tech to produce unique barcodes that would mimic officially printed state ballots at the scale needed based on the amounts of ballots we're seeing–even when they're run through multiple times. This would be even more likely to be true if the ballots were printed overseas and on tight enough deadlines, making the ability to try and forge an official ballot's bar code either impossible, or such a high risk of revealing the fraudulent printing that omitting them altogether was the safest option.
Secondly, there was a huge chance of getting caught if falsified barcodes were used instead of the much simpler solution of removing the codes and either coming up with an excuse as to why the ballots are not all the same–or enforcing a 'don't ask, don't tell' culture around the ballot counting and tabulation. Think of the scenarios that would play out if an attempt at forging ballot barcodes were made. I firmly believe that any attempt at forging the barcodes would have not only been easier to identify fraudulent ballots (where did the printer get the barcode #? Do they match up with actual citizens' codes per district?) the very first time a fraudulent barcode either didn't register as a valid citizen OR was a duplicate of an existing ballot, the lid would have likely been blown on this operation much easier.
Third and just as important: the omission of the barcodes could have also been a forensic countermeasure in order to lessen the amount of kinetic artifacts found on a fraudulent ballot, particularly when printing uniquely identifying artifacts wherein a different code would have to be printed on each ballot. This reason may also have been a coincidence from the decision to omit the barcodes.
I cannot wait to scour the results from Pulitzer's company's analysis. The cover is as good as blown and I cannot wait for some justice to be served, particularly that served by the actual will–and potentially at the hand–of the American People.
I'm also super eager to dig up more info on the printing/shipping operations: • Who offered/secured these contracts? • Where were they printed? • Where/Did money change hands? • Who ran the logistics for injecting fraudulent ballots into states scattered across the whole damn country?! Do we have any info around this?
There HAS to be a paper trail, and I intend every pun related to that sentence until the day I die.
