The contested states will decertify before the 6th, if they don't Pence can refuse to accept them for to fraud and we have Senetor's and house members ready to contest. But I think the states will decert.

From my understanding he can only count certified electors.

However - He can refuse to count contested electors despite certification.

I guess we will see.

Nobody knows. This is actually unprecedented shit, and the few laws on the matter are unclear.

If it goes to the house as a contested election, so far as I know the states each get one vote (along party lines) and we have more R states than D. Same with house delegations, more R than D.

But this is a new thing, so we are setting precedent as we go along The Constitution, 12th amendment, and Electoral Vote laws are all we have and they don't cover this shit.
