Servers were overseas that did the adjudication based on the vote lead TRUMP had its an algorithm in the server not necessary in the Dominion system at the local level...

The barcode links to the signature for the audit. The GOP heavy precinct ballots were misaligned, which would cause the vote scanners to not process them (which would require adjudication to correct).
The Dem heavy precinct ballots were perfectly aligned, which would NOT cause issues with the vote scanners. They also did NOT have a barcode, which means the ballots could not verified if a signature audit was done.
That is why the consent decree agreement was put in place. No signature audit means fake Dem ballots couldn't be removed.
Inundate the fucking senators with calls & emails to CALL A SPECIAL SESSION! Only 9 of the 29 needed (of 35 GOP senators) have signed a petition saying they will vote for this. We need 20 more!
