This is something he can actually do though. It's not a LARP. Multiple constitutional attorneys have confirmed it. Pence can and should read the ones that are properly certified and leave the false ones out. He could also just choose to read them how he reads them, but that causes trouble since the electors can still say he went against them.

Oh, yeah. I was focused on the smaller image. It says he is the one who counts and doesn't specific how exactly to do it. Constitutional lawyers have said he has a duty to exclude votes obtained through fraudulent means but he could also just read off whichever ones he chooses using electors of his choice.
