I thought I understood that it didn’t matter because we had electorals from dem and republicans in certain states? Some guy on YouTube is telling me that all this is a waste of our time blah blah blah. I don’t believe him for one second. But I’m not sure how to reply. He also said pence has no authority to toss out states on the 6th....id appreciate the help in replying to him

I think 'safe harbor' was created as a time frame for people back in the day, to allow enough travel time to DC from other parts of the country, on HORSEBACK...so it's antiquated now obviously
