Hi, wonderful lady-mod-pedes! Good to see you, again.
During this week between Christmas and the new year, I always tend to look back at how the last one went and look forward to how I would like the coming one to go. I look at what I was able to control and what I had roll with.
So many incredible changes coming up in the very near future, and they will greatly impact our lives. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't scary. I'm feeling all mama-bearish about things right now, I guess.
I believe in God. I believe in our God-given rights. I believe in the goodness of most people. And I believe that most people will sit quietly until they have had enough. Then, tough decisions will have to be made. I don't take that statement lightly. Because I love my family and my country, I have to commit to being willing to stand up for it. I want my children to have the freedoms they deserve. Simple as that.
Whew! That got a little deep, so I'll add this: I have full faith and confidence in God, our constitution, our country, our president, and our coming victory! Nothing worth fighting for is ever easy. The fight does not diminish the reward.
I hope everyone had a blessed, safe, and love-filled Christmas! Happy new year to all of you!
