Summary:

  • constitution is clear, state legislatures make election laws
  • states that made up new policy that wasn't through legislatures is illegal and unconstitutional
  • VP Mike Pence is solely responsible for counting electors
  • it's completely plausible VP Pence could throw out illigitimate elections (Trump wins legal ector count)
  • this could be challenged, each state gets 1 vote (Trump wins due to more Republican states)
  • could SCOTUS challenge be filed against ... Sure (SCOTUS has shown they don't want to be decider)
  • history is on our side frens, President of Senate (VP Pence) is sole decider of which votes to open
  • VP Pence said 7 days ago at a rally that he will fight for every legal vote to be counted and every illegal vote to be thrown out
