My cousin had covid in March and just had a heart attack. She survived but the doctor blamed it on the covid from 6 months ago. Obviously that could have been a contributing factor but you can’t just assume the cause. It’s like blindly blaming smoking for every single case of lung cancer

It could have been a factor, but an underlying condition could have existed.
