What do you mean run 1 to 3, I thought the final run (count) is unweighted since it was a hand count? Those values don't make sense to me, what calculator did you use?
If you want to know what the weighted factors are you compare the weighted results to the unweighted. If anything on the list is accurate, it would be run 3. Run 1 is the one that is alleged to be weighted. I used a standard calculator and my brain.
Oh you’re just assuming the algorithm was linear, I was not. Otherwise Biden’s totals for run 1 and 2 would be the same. I’m assuming there is a more complex algorithm.
Run 1 to 3 would be Biden 1.3 and Trump .46. The results are not exact but those are rounded to hundredths.
