Are you "man" enough to realize what you're doing? You're saying that people exposed to facts, however non-PC they may be, will turn them into racists. Sure, that may happen, but it's not guaranteed. You may assume I'm a racist. I have several, close black friends. Take it as you will.
This thread started by noting that no matter how much aid we give Africans over all these decades, their lot doesn't improve. Why? One explanation is their very low averaged IQ distribution. It is approximately a Gaussian distribution so there are a few very smart ones on the upper tail, but most are near retarded in comparison to the average IQ score of 100 for other races. Being unintelligent as a population causes them to be unable to form productive societies and plan for the future.
The reason Africans are dumb by comparison to other races is because the Africans that didn't leave Africa many hundreds of thousands of years ago didn't go through evolutionary selective pressure for smarter individuals. Living in the north where it snows half the year requires planning ahead, for example. The ones that didn't, didn't reproduce and that trait was selected against.
The cow blowing was in part for shock value. It is still a real farming practice they engage in however.
Africans are still human of course and should be treated the same as everyone else under the law. (They aren't, they're favored in many ways).
