Who paid for it: was it done with private money or state money? Very important.. Who ordered it? Why did they order shredding to be done? What was shredded and why? Why did it have to be done and why on the day of the audit? Was anything shredded that was supposed to be retained 22 months? Were any other precincts shredded?
Follow the money and maybe the guilty are found.
Were they the real military ballots or Trump ballots that were replaced by new ones? Or were they the fake ones that needed be shredded? Were they ballot envelopes with missing signatures that needed to be disposed of?
What else are we missing from this incident?
Citizen's arrest is legal if the perp committed a felony. We are the law if our LEOs are cowards. Only for felonies.

Original ballot cannot be destroyed for 22 months. However there is no way to link if that ballot was replaced and original shredded, but we could know through forensics if its fake.
The ‘why’ and ‘who’ shredded is important..

If they were run through Dominion, there are images of the ballots. They should match right up with the paper ones provided.
