Banks, security systems, oxygen machines at hospitals, red lights, refrigerators. Everything. If all the electronics are fried, the damage done by being in a nation wide blackout for 30 seconds is staggering. We wouldn't recover. Our communications would be knocked out, we would be living in the 19th century again.
Totally agree with ya there, my point was if that happens you are no worse off with crypto or cash. Cash will be useless because banks will not be working and therefore you cant really spend your cash outside of local bartering.
Which you can locally barter bitcoin too. If you use a paper wallet. Then it's basically physical money.
