Examples, the ho's arm position, The ''cleaning of the shot site'', cross-contamination, holding the wrapper while doing the shot. The magic metal needle that collapses toward the nurse. Then magically uncollapses as she uses the chair to uncollapse it. These are just some of the examples of fuckery, not all them though. The ''Nurse'' didn't know what the hell she was doing. This was a total amateur 1 minute Shit show.
There's no way you can hold your arm up in the air like that without flexing your shoulder which would make inserting a needle extremely painful Kamala would have screamed and the nurse would have reminded her to relax her arm and rest it on the chair. This is complete HORSESHIT
She holds her arm up during the whole process, contracting the deltoid muscles. In a real intramuscular injection (the way which most vaccines are administered) the arm needs to be fully relaxed because contracted muscles cause more pain and all sorts of other problems. So there's a good chance the needle isn't even going into the arm.
The 'flipping needle' is probably just a safety cap. Looked strange to me too until I looked it up. The arm position and nurse's handling of the needle still seems weird though.
