Wau Holland was a co-founder of the CCC (Chaos Computer Club) and the Wau Holland Foundation is his administration of estates after he died. The CCC is a hacker club. I looked into their early magazines from the 80's and there self-appointed "psychopaths" wrote articles against modern network infrastructure (ISDN) with the claim that they enable surveillance. When I remember this time everyone was sick of modems with 2400 to 14400 baud, so this was definitely not in the best interest of hackers. In the late 90's the hacker called "Tron" committed "suicide" (which nobody really believed) after he developed a cryptographic telephone. I think the CCC was an instrument to attract hackers just to be able to have control over such things. (There is even someone else whose dissertation about cryptocaphic telephones was suddenly cancelled at the same time). Today they have an Antifa-flag at the entrance of their conference and talks are only about lefty topics. Security of voting machines used to be an issue but now is somehow forgotten even if the conference takes place now (it's usually between Christmas and New Year).

Wikileaks was beloved by the left when they were exposing things like Bush war crimes. They only started hating them when they started exposing leftists too. It might be an artifact from before?
Very intersting. I know VERY little about Wikileaks but what you suspect may be true. From what I've read, Wikileaks was been compromised years ago. Arrange lost control. Trumps allies "have" Assange and are trying to protect him. Perhaps read Q posts that reference Arrange/Snowden, a CIA operative sent to take out their rival, the NSA and/or visit 8kun.top/q research. Click on catalog. You will find threads for many countries including Germany. People there will be more like you with your depth and our interests. This site is more for fun and taking action rather than research or deep thinking. God speed!!
