The first rule of "defamation" is that it isn't defamation if it's true.
If what Lin Wood is saying is false, then John Roberts (and the others) should sue him for every penny he has. (He is a very wealthy man.)
In fact, I believe Lin Wood is daring them to sue him for defamation. If they do, then he gets access to all of their personal information (communications, bank records) via discovery. The only information that would be permissible in court (and released to public record) would be the information related to the specific allegation in the defamation lawsuit. In the case of John Roberts, the allegation of being a part of a pedophilia cult, having foreknowledge of Justice Scalia's death, and/or procuring children for adoption through Jeffrey Epstein.
If John Roberts is innocent of these allegations, and he did sue Lin Wood for defamation, then none of his personal information would ever see the light of day as a result of discovery. (Even if Lin Wood uncovered other sinister behavior unrelated to these specific claims.)
So why won't John Roberts (or the others) sue Lin Wood?
Just by filing the lawsuit, prudence would dictate that Lin Wood immediately stop making public comments about John Roberts, until the lawsuit is resolved-- which would take years.
