This seems extremely accurate. Trump has 80+ million Twitter followers to Biden's 20+ milion. That puts Trump at "Twitter followers x 125%" and it puts Biden at "Twitter followers x 150%". That's an extra 25% for Biden for the Never-Trumpers.
