My idea of a stimulus package would be to utilize federal agents to ensure that no states or municipalities are instituting any sort of lockdowns or reduction in service of any legitimate businesses during the lockdown. If a private business decides to do it, fine, but the federal government should be making sure that states and cities aren't actively trying to shoot themselves in the dick for whatever nefarious reason.
I don't think we should be sending out much or any foreign aid until this shit blows over but if we are going to do anything domestically it should be directed towards people, not special interests
