I've been hearing multiple things and I don't know which is true.

So when a state is disputed by a congressional representative and a republican senator

Does it go to a full house vote by each member on congress?

or is a delegation vote state by state?

I heard Laura Trump in an interview say it goes to a delegation vote....?

To answer your question, OP, if (big if) the electoral votes are deemed invalid then a "contingent election" is held in both chambers, the House votes for Pres, Senate for VP. Each state votes en banc, as one, meaning that states that have more GOP than Dem members would vote Trump. The balance is 28/22 (27/23?) -- so Trump would ostensibly win.
