If you look back on many people's words to feb- early march, you'll find most people made sense. The going discussion was: this is going to be an endemic not a pandemic, best we just accept it and move on. Masks don't work. Wash your hands.

That was it. If we actually followed this advice, we would have been great. But instead the globalists saw an opportunity to use this virus and they started brainwashing the public using fear and misinformation in the media. There's some studies that show China was a huge proponent of a lot of the misinformation regarding covid-19 online. Everything past early March when it comes to covid-19 has been propaganda.

We literally knew the death rate was <0.4% back in February because of the cruise ship (a random sample) which only had that many people die, despite cruise ships being notorious for having a higher age demographic.

So the mask can tell whether a doctor or regular civilian is wearing it? Riiiiiiiight!

You gotta wonder who can buy/threaten the U.S. Surgeon General. We've made them reveal their agenda; now we need to work on their identity.

Top officials were saying masks didn’t work because there was a mask shortage. The moment a surplus of masks were at hand, they said to buy all the masks. Interesting

That's probably why the naval hospital ships were redeployed and are overflowing.

Masks are GOOD at:

  1. Increasing the wearers stress levels
  2. Helping the wearer become agitated more easily
  3. Reminding the wearer how bad their breath smells
  4. Wasting the wearers money on something that is not beneficial
  5. Making the wearer carry around something they don't want or need
  6. Concealing the fact your next date may have no teeth (that may be a good or bad thing to some).
  7. Increasing the chances for a wearer to develop a bacterial respiratory infection that can transform into pneumonia, bronchitis or even pseudo neuragnial vagitosis of the soft palate while saginally shifted inside the cervix of the uterine sponge lotus valve.

  1. Virtue signalling.
  2. Showing obedience to the state.
  3. Depressing an entire population.
  4. Concealing one's identity. No better time to be a mugger or shoplifter.

Should be easy to point out the studies, right? I mean, we've had a year now.

MemeForceOne [S] 12 points ago +12 / -0

What if they already had years of research on other Coronaviruses and should already know the effectiveness of masks and if they were unsure they should NOT have used such definitive language in the first tweet. Crazy right?

Only one problem with your argument: it didn't.

Both then and now there are some reasons to think it might help a bit, but it hasn't been proven one way or another.

What if I told you they’ve been studying the effects of masks on viral spread for decades and there is already a plethora of studies showing they don’t work. Medical masks are not new in 2020.

nothing is wrong here except your own interpretation

masks work or why would they be reserving them for health care people

secondly once we had enough to where the health care people were covered, they expected YOU to start wearing them as well

they protect OTHER PEOPLE from your disease, hence "not preventing you from catching". put on goggles and wear a full filtration fully sealed to your face mask if you want to protect YOURSELF. anyone with a brain already knows this

private businesses have every right to dictate what patrons they allow

you WILL wear a mask or you will starve

personally i don't care either way

Its called corporatocratic fascism. Regardless of private businesses having their own rules and rights, imposing sanctions on the public thats detrimental to them, its corporate over reach to limit freedoms of individuals when it comes to lifes necessities.

I disagree with the sentiment that businesses can do what they want when their policy as a collective harms the populace as a whole.

I'm all for voting with your dollars but as it sits, between the state and corporatism, they are imposing communistic principals on the society in the false name of morality because the studies show otherwise to what they are imposing on people.

-2
Fignugent -2 points ago +1 / -3

because the studies show otherwise

no, all reputable agencies including the ones who are handling the pandemic on behalf of the united states of america have said you're wrong

what does it take?

anti-maskers are anti-science and need to die off. this type of idiocy is not good for the human race

If protecting all lives is above any sense of personal liberty or freedom, then when are we banning alcohol? drunk driving, domestic violence, and promiscuity under the influence hurt more lives than covid ever could. but we don't ban alcohol, in fact during the pandemic society as a whole has encouraged it more than ever. example: normie comics like "quarantine, baby!" and countless instagram stories about day drinking. in terms of policy, the massive approval of alcohol to go in states that previously prohibited as well as liquor stores being considered essential.

Mind you. alcohol is an immunosuppresant. so essentially we're telling people, there's this virus going around, wreck your immune system so there's a bigger chance you'll catch it.
